Founder
Jim MacKay is an entrepreneur and engineer with a degree in computer engineering, multiple patents, and 30 years spent solving the hardest problems with technology.
His experience is unusually broad — executive roles spanning engineering, marketing, and operations, plus years of hands-on work building and scaling ecommerce businesses. That range is rare, and it's exactly what building an AI Operating System requires: Jim understands both the technical depth the work demands and the operational reality of running a business that has to turn a profit, because he's led on both sides.

Dan Nichols co-founded SignalFlow Labs and leads sales and client relationships. He's your main point of contact — the person who makes sure every engagement starts with a clear understanding of your business and stays aligned with your goals. Dan is typically involved from the first assessment onward, focused on the relationship and the outcome while the technical build is underway.
