Jim MacKay
Co-Founder and Head of Operations
Jim MacKay is an entrepreneur and engineer with a degree in computer engineering, multiple patents, and 30 years spent solving the hardest problems with technology.
His experience is unusually broad — executive roles spanning engineering, marketing, and operations, plus years of hands-on experience building ecommerce businesses and manufacturing and selling steel products. That range is rare, and it's exactly what building an AI Operating System requires: Jim understands both the technical depth the work demands and the operational reality of running a business that has to turn a profit, because he's led on both sides.
We work with small and medium businesses, helping them make sense of complex data, streamline operations, and unlock new levels of efficiency and profitability.

Dan Nichols
Co-Founder & Head of Sales
Dan Nichols has spent more than three decades building businesses of his own. He started a full-service event and entertainment production company in 1991, running live experiences for corporate clients large and small, and went on to lead growth, marketing, and partnerships at the executive level for a health and wellness company he helped scale.
He's also stood on the other side of the table from where SignalFlow Labs clients stand today: Dan founded and launched an AI-driven cardiac health platform built with licensed health professionals. That's not theoretical AI experience — it's having personally taken a new technology from idea to real patients.
As Co-Founder & Head of Sales, Dan is your main point of contact from the first conversation on. He makes sure every engagement starts with a clear understanding of your business and stays aligned with your goals, while the rest of the SignalFlow Labs team builds the system behind the scenes.
